Terms and Conditions of Trade

Shipping

We ship all our products Australia-wide by using a number of national carriers.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

Returns or Exchange of Goods

Prior agreement must be gained for goods being returned for credit. Goods will only be accepted for credit or replacement if returned in original packaging, freight paid, within 7 days of dispatch date.

Non-standard items supplied to specification or specially indented items cannot be returned for credit.

Despatch and Delivery

For items in stock at the time of order, dispatch will be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. For items not in stock at the time of order we will provide an expected dispatch date from our premises as soon as this information is available.

We place great importance on the fast and reliable delivery of Customers orders, however please note that delivery times are estimates only and Supramed shall not be liable for delays.

Payment

Payment is required within 30 days after the date of the invoice.

Claims for damages or short shipment must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Payment can be made by cheque or direct credit to our bank account.

Bank details are shown on the bottom of our invoices, or can be requested from us via phone or email.
