Advantages of the Neo-Velum

The Neo-Velum is made from Hydrocolloid material with an adhesive backing for gently attaching to the baby's delicate skin, without causing damage, but of sufficient retention to allow secure attachment of cannula or feeding tubes.

The Neo-Velum has been developed to replace adhesives and bandages that have been harmful to the baby's delicate skin when attaching cannula or OG tubes.

The Velcro® with the Neo-Velum enables the flap to be securely attached over the cannula.

The Neo-Velum system also has the advantage that the tube remains in place if the baby changes position or the tubing needs repositioning.
